Repetitive manual work is money walking out the door

  • Copying orders from one system to another, messaging customers one by one, updating spreadsheets by hand — every minute spent on that is a minute away from what makes you money.
  • Tools that don’t talk to each other force someone to be the manual “bridge” every single day.
  • Hiring more people just to do repetitive tasks doesn’t scale — automation and AI do.

How it works

I map the workflow that’s manual today and build the automation with n8n, AI and each tool’s API — WhatsApp Business, marketplaces, spreadsheets, Notion, YouTube, whatever makes sense for your business.

You don’t need to learn a new tool or touch any code: the automation runs on its own, and I handle maintenance. If your process changes or a new idea comes up, I adjust it or build the next workflow.

What can be automated today.

Automation FAQ

No. I build and maintain the automation — you just use the result, without touching any code.
Yes — from simple automatic replies to a more sophisticated agent that understands context and decides when to escalate to a human. Complexity (and investment) depend on what you need.
Yes — you can automate answers to common questions, low-stock alerts and other operational signals, always following each marketplace’s rules.
It depends on how complex the workflow is. On our first call I map the process and tell you what can be automated and what it will cost.
Maintenance is included — if your process changes or there’s a new automation to build, I adjust it or create the next workflow.
Not necessarily — automation usually connects the systems you already have instead of replacing them. Switching systems is a separate conversation.
