If you’re here, you’ve probably said one of these

  • “Nobody can find me.” You know people are searching for what you sell, but it’s your competitor who shows up.
  • “I spent money and got nothing.” You’ve already paid for ads, an agency or a new website. The money went out and the phone didn’t ring.
  • “I get leads, but they don’t buy.” People ask about prices, request things you don’t offer, or are from cities you don’t serve.

In all three cases, the problem is usually the same: decisions made without data. Someone picked the wrong keyword, the wrong city or the wrong page, and nobody measured anything. That’s what the audit is for.

It’s a paid service, with a flat fee agreed on before we start. It’s not a free review. It’s a complete action plan, built on the real situation of your business today.

What I look into in your business.

Eight questions, answered with real search data from the same professional tools big agencies use.

When people ask AI, does it recommend your business?

More and more people skip Google and ask ChatGPT directly: “what’s the best [your service] company in [your city]?”. Google itself now answers with an AI Overview at the top of the page, before any website. If you don’t show up in those answers, you’re out of the conversation — even if you rank well in regular search.

That’s why every audit has a section just for this:

  • I ask the questions your customers would ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overview.
  • I record who gets mentioned in each answer: you, a competitor or nobody.
  • I show where the AI got its answer: which websites, reviews and profiles it used as sources.
  • I tell you what to change on your website, Business Profile and content so AI starts to know and recommend your business.

This has a name: GEO, optimization for AI answer engines. I’ve written about the difference between the two in the article SEO vs. GEO (in Portuguese). This first snapshot is the baseline for measuring progress later.

What the data ruled out

Every audit has a section on what not to do. That’s what separates an audit from an opinion: ideas that seemed good until the numbers shot them down — before you paid for them.

Illustrative example, not one of my clients. A pest control company wanted to advertise “pest control” across the entire state of Florida. The research showed:

  • Advertising statewide was dropped. Most searches include the name of the city or neighborhood, so the budget goes to the service area.
  • Bidding on the generic term was dropped. It’s expensive and brings in people looking for DIY pest products.
  • Building a new website first was dropped. The current website was fine. What was missing was one page per service and call tracking.

How it works

  • Day 1: a 60-minute call. I listen to what you sell, to whom, in which area and what you’ve already tried. Right after it, you get the flat fee for the audit.
  • Days 2 and 3: research. I collect data on search, competitors, your website, Google Maps and AI tools. You don’t need to do anything.
  • By the 4th business day: delivery. A 45-minute meeting where I explain every finding in plain English, no jargon.
  • Then you decide. Carry it out yourself or with your team. If you read the plan and realize you can’t handle it, I’ll send you a quote to do it for you.

What you get.

You won’t see dashboard screenshots here

A dashboard screenshot is the easiest thing to fake on the internet. Every number in the audit comes from a source you can check: Google itself, your website and your competitors’ public profiles. And about me, you can check:

  • The reviews on my Google Business Profile (in Portuguese).
  • Signed recommendations on LinkedIn.
  • The free articles on my blog (in Portuguese), written by me.
  • The case studies of people who’ve worked with me.

Who it’s for

  • For businesses about to invest in Google Ads or SEO that want to get it right the first time.
  • For businesses that have already invested and can’t tell what worked.
  • For businesses switching agencies that want an independent snapshot first.
  • For online stores, manufacturers and service businesses.

It’s not a fit if you just want an ad running tomorrow, if you’re looking for someone to agree with what you’ve already decided, or if you don’t plan to change anything after reading it.

Audit FAQ

Yes. It’s a complete action plan built on your business’s current situation, with data from professional tools and hours of my own analysis. The fee is flat and I’ll tell you what it is on the 60-minute call or on WhatsApp, before any commitment. No surprises at the end.
It happens, and that’s fine. The plan is written so you or your team can follow it. If you read it and realize you don’t have the time or people, I’ll send you a quote to carry it out.
No. If you hire me for Google Ads and SEO management within 30 days, the audit fee becomes a discount.
3 to 4 business days between our first call and the delivery meeting.
It’s what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overview answer when someone asks about your service in your area. I record who they recommend, where they get their information and what you need to change to show up in those answers.
No. The audit works both for businesses that have never advertised and for those already spending every month.
It’s not required. Read-only access to Search Console and Google Analytics makes the snapshot more complete, and I’ll explain how to grant it without sharing passwords.
Yes. When it makes sense, I also look at Google Shopping and competitors’ prices. For marketplaces the path is different, and I’ll point you in the right direction.
I use professional search data tools and AI to organize the volume of information. Reading the numbers and making the decisions in the plan is my job.
